The game's matchmaking system, which is based on the players' monster levels, has a couple of problems. First of all, when a player enters the game, it's not immediately clear whether they can play, as the player needs to wait for a session to be completed. And even if they can play, there's no guarantee that they'll be matched with a partner.
The solution to the first problem is to simply disable the time limit for matchmaking, which allows players to enter the game immediately and see whether they're matched.
